Roles & Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an Office Administrator in Dubai who will assume responsibility for overseeing all administrative operations within the office.

Responsibilities involve

  1. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency
  2. Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the senior management
  3. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  4. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  5. Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator who will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.

The candidate must be able to speak English and Urdu.

Employment Type : Full Time

Salary : AED 3000-5000 per month
